First Nation Coding offers young people opportunities to learn in-demand
skills that may not be offered elsewhere. Projects are divided into upper primary and lower secondary covering
block and script coding starting with mBlock projects and finishing with website creation.
Get Ready Go and Be Cyclone Ready are activities completed by a team of young people.
These Youth Digital Disaster Projects were funded by the State Government's RACQ
Get Ready Queensland Program. Videos were produced by young people to help children and young
people prepare for natural disaster events.
